You don't need an account to use this service, and we don't ask for your name or contact details.
- What you search for is sent to the CAA's public register to get the result. Results are stored on our server for a few hours so repeat searches load quickly.
- To stop automated misuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about a minute to limit how many searches can be made in a short time. We can't turn it back into your IP address.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where our information comes from
- Company details come from the public data behind the UK Civil Aviation Authority's ATOL register.
- Failed companies come from the CAA's ATOL failures page.
- Licences not renewed come from the CAA's published renewal lists.
The CAA states that it doesn't accept responsibility for errors or omissions in its register. Information here can be delayed or incomplete, so always confirm with the CAA and the travel company before relying on it.
