Help

Enter the ATOL number the company gives you (4 or 5 digits, sometimes starting with T), its company or trading name, or both.

If you enter both, we check that the number really belongs to that company. Agents that sell under a group licence show the group's ATOL number.

What is ATOL protection?

ATOL is a UK financial protection scheme for package holidays and trips that include a flight. It is separate from travel insurance.

If an ATOL-protected travel company stops trading, the scheme makes sure customers who haven't travelled yet get their money back, and those already away can finish their trip and get home.
